Lanzarote Concierge Hub is an independent concierge and intermediary service based in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is operated by Abdelaziz Hossein.
We connect visitors to Lanzarote with local excursion providers, transfer services and restaurants. We act as an intermediary — not a tour operator — and are committed to handling your personal data with full transparency and respect.

What Data We Collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us through our contact form, WhatsApp, or email. This may include:
Name — to personalise your service
Email address — to confirm bookings and follow up
Phone number — to coordinate via WhatsApp
Arrival date and group size — to organise your activities
Service preferences and special requests — to tailor our recommendations
We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed directly and securely via Bizum or PayPal.

Who We Share It With
We share only the minimum necessary information — typically your name, date and number of guests — with the local service providers required to fulfil your booking, such as excursion companies, transfer drivers or restaurants.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party.

How Long We Keep It
We retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is permanently deleted. If you request deletion before that period, we will act within 30 days.
