48 hours is comfortable for most set-ups. The "hot air balloon" flower box needs 5 days because it's made to order. If your occasion is sooner than that, message us anyway — we can often manage same-day for the simpler bouquets and numbers.

Yes, and it's what most people ask for. We coordinate with your hotel reception or villa manager so the room is ready when you walk in. If it's a surprise, tell us on the form and we'll work around the person it's for.

Helium balloons typically stay up for two to four days indoors, less in strong heat or direct sun. Air-filled garlands and numbers last considerably longer. We clear everything away at the end of your stay if you'd like.
