How we choose our providers

A wide choice, but never an open list.

Lanzarote has hundreds of companies offering transfers, boat days, photographers and flowers. We don't send you to all of them. We work with a short list, and we ask for the paperwork before we put a guest in anyone's hands.

Selected and reviewed by us

Providers reach our list through direct experience and the feedback guests give us afterwards. If a driver turns up late, a skipper cuts a trip short or a bouquet arrives tired, they come off the list. That is why the list stays short.

Licences held by the provider

Each company is responsible for holding the licences and permits its own activity requires: transport authorisation for vehicles, a charter licence and a qualified skipper at sea, and the corresponding registrations for excursions and photography. We ask providers to evidence them before we work with them.

Public liability insurance: seguro de responsabilidad civil

We ask every company we work with to hold seguro de responsabilidad civil, public liability insurance covering their passengers and guests for the duration of the service. It is the first document we ask for, and the policy is the provider's own.

We arrange it, they deliver it

Lanzarote Concierge Hub is an independent concierge and intermediary. We find, check and coordinate; the service itself is carried out by the provider, under their own licence and their own insurance. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lanzarote Concierge Hub does not itself provide the underlying transport, excursion, boat, photography, catering, decoration or other third-party service. You always know who is driving the car or handling the boat, and you are covered by their policy.

Not at all. Many clients start with a single airport transfer, or just the boat. There's no minimum and no obligation to bundle anything.

The whole island: Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, Puerto Calero, Famara, Arrecife, Yaiza, Haría and the rural north. We also arrange day trips to La Graciosa and Fuerteventura.

Twelve guests, plus the professional skipper who does not count towards that number. The boat is chartered privately, so you never share it with another group. If there are more than twelve of you, message us and we will look at the options.

English, Spanish and French, spoken and written. We'll reply in whichever language you write in.

Two to four weeks is ideal in high season, especially for the boat in high season. That said, we handle same-day requests constantly, message us even if you land tomorrow.

Yes. Every driver, skipper and guide in our network is licensed, insured and has worked with us before. We act as an intermediary between you and them, not as a tour operator.

Most services are paid directly to the provider on the day. Where a deposit is needed, it's arranged securely by Bizum, PayPal, Wise, Revolut or bank transfer. We never ask for card details over WhatsApp or email.

Per vehicle. €80 covers the whole car to Playa Blanca for one to four passengers, it's the same price whether there's one of you or four. There are no per-person charges at any point.

You pay the driver directly on arrival, in cash or by card. Nothing is charged on this website and we don't take card details. The price we confirm is the price you pay.

That's why we ask for your flight number. We track it, so if you land late your driver already knows and will be waiting. There's no extra charge for a delayed flight.

In the arrivals hall at Lanzarote Airport, after baggage reclaim. Your driver will be holding a board with your name on it. If you can't find them, call or WhatsApp the number on your confirmation.

Yes, €5 per seat, fitted before you arrive. Tell us the ages of the children on the form and we'll bring the right type, infant carrier, toddler seat or booster.

Yes. Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero, Costa Teguise, Arrecife and everywhere else. Those routes aren't priced on this page because they vary, so message us and we'll quote you the same day.

Roughly one large case plus a cabin bag per passenger in each vehicle band. If you're travelling with golf clubs, surfboards, a pushchair or anything bulky, mention it on the form and we'll send a bigger vehicle at no extra cost where we can.

48 hours is comfortable for most set-ups. The "hot air balloon" flower box needs 5 days because it's made to order. If your occasion is sooner than that, message us anyway, we can often manage same-day for the simpler bouquets and numbers.

Yes, and it's what most people ask for. We coordinate with your hotel reception or villa manager so the room is ready when you walk in. If it's a surprise, tell us on the form and we'll work around the person it's for.

Yes. Write your colours on the form, or send us a screenshot of something you've seen and we'll match it as closely as the stock allows. We'll confirm before setting anything up.

On delivery. Nothing is charged on this website and we don't ask for card details. For larger set-ups we may ask for a deposit to confirm the date, agreed with you first.

Yes. Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero, Costa Teguise, Arrecife and everywhere else on the island. A small delivery charge may apply further from Playa Blanca; we'll tell you the exact figure when we confirm.

Helium balloons typically stay up for two to four days indoors, less in strong heat or direct sun. Air-filled garlands and numbers last considerably longer. We clear everything away at the end of your stay if you'd like.

There is no fixed menu and no price list on this page. Every booking is put together around your dates, your group and what you feel like eating, so the chef quotes it individually. The price is confirmed with you in writing before anything is booked, and nothing is committed until you say yes.

Prices are confirmed at final confirmation. Send us your preferences and we come back with the chef's proposal and the exact price for your group. Japanese, Thai, Spanish, barbecue, Canarian, Indian, Peruvian, French and fusion cooking are all possible, as are fully vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menus.
